Mr. Hoss Gabbard serves as the Managing Director of Default for Home Point Financial. Mr. Gabbard has 20 years of experience in managing Property Preservation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Valuations, REO and Claims. Prior to Joining Home Point Financial in 2018, Mr. Gabbard served as Director of claims for post-sale government and GSE claims for Carrington Mortgage Services and Assistant Vice President of Default Services for Fifth Third Bank. Mr. Gabbard was twice awarded the Horizon Award, for process improvement in Default Management and his REO group was a voted as runner-up for “Best Overall Servicer” and finalist for “Most Professional Servicer” by the REO EXPO, while with Fifth Third Bank.
