With over eight years of experience in management of mortgage-related litigation, Erum Nayani currently serves is the Vice President of Litigation and Regulatory Compliance at BSI Financial Services, a special servicer of mortgage loans. At BSI, Erum oversees the management of litigation matters, regulatory change management, privacy and fraud, BSI’s team of corporate representatives, and is an integral part of the risk management program. Erum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, and obtained her law degree at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
